    (a) Navigation Menu: Use the navigation menu found at the top left of each page with icon . Then, click on the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit the different categories. You will find subcategories to further narrow your search and help you locate exactly what you are looking for.
    (b) Shortcut Banners: Use the link on the second banner slide (home page) to enter the Reva Stryder Store.
    (c) Scroll down Menu: On the homepage, scroll down to access the scroll menu. Then, click the relevant link to proceed.
  1. When you have made a selection, choose your size (from the drop down), select a colour and click on “add to basket “.
  2. You can decide to proceed directly to checkout, or to continue browsing our website. Please be informed that placing an item in the shopping bag does not guarantee its’ reservation.
  3. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, review the basket, and then click “Proceed to Checkout” to be led through the checkout process and complete your transaction.
  4. The total amount of the order that you see on the first page of the shopping bag will be the exact amount for which you will be charged excluding the delivery costs. Take the time out to calculate your shipping cost under the “Basket” section.
  5. To complete your order, you must enter your delivery details in the shipping page and then insert either your Credit or Debit Card information on the Payment page, alternatively you can choose to pay via bank transfers (order is processed upon payment confirmation). Please note that our payment process is securely powered by Paystack.
  6. Order details can be reviewed one final time on the order confirmation page. Please note that once an order is completed, it cannot be modified in any way. You can view the total amount to be debited in the “Your order” section.
  7. Your purchase is complete once you receive an e-mail confirming your order. You can find a tracking number in this mail that helps you to track your order on the courier company’s website (third party site). This track my order link keeps you updated on the status of the delivery after product has been dispatched.To know the status of an order (before payment, after payment and before delivery), please check the order details section of the user profile dashboard for updates.To track your order after dispatch is confirmed, again visit the same dash board of your profile page and lookout for the tracking number (provided by the courier company) which will be displayed alongside a link that redirects you to the third party website to track your package.This helps customers track processes from payment to a successful delivery.

How do I find my right sizing?

Reva Stryder shoes are handcrafted in Italy. Our shoes are measured with standard Italian sizing. Reva Stryder, in collaboration with our scarpe factory, has carefully taken into considerations the feet structure of women of several races and ethnic groups, thereby ensuring that our shoes fit perfectly irrespective of slight structural differences. Can I cancel or modify my order?

  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please visit our contact page for more information on several ways available for you to reach us but ensure to have this procedure done within 24 hours. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase will be cancelled or modified.

If you have received your order and not pleased with your purchase, we offer the following return policy for items in “as new” condition:

  1. You can exercise the right of withdrawal without any motivation within one (1) day of the date of delivery.
  2. Once we receive your returned item, and it is accepted, we will process a refund as requested. Please consult our legal area for further terms and conditions of our return policy.
  • Reva Stryder will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged prior to acceptance.

  • What is the ‘as New’ condition?

Items returned to us need to be 100% ‘as new’. This means they cannot be worn except to try on, and they cannot have any scratches on any part of the uppers, linen or soles; have any dirt, and scuff marks or wrinkles. We suggest that when you are trying on shoes before you’ve decided to keep them, you only walk on carpets in order to protect the soles of the shoes. Items that are not ‘as new’ will not be accepted for return, and will be returned to you.

Tags, packaging affixed to products must not be removed if you plan to return your purchase(s). If the tags are removed, the products will not be accepted for exchange or refund. They must be returned in its original packaging free of defects, wrinkles and other imperfections.

  • Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges.  If you would like a new size or colour of an item, please place a new order through  Your original order will be refunded to your card as soon as the items are received back at our warehouse under the aforementioned return conditions. Please keep all tracking and payment details for your records.

  • If approved, when will I get my refund?

Please allow 14 business days from receipt of (accepted) returned merchandise for your refund to be processed.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Currently, for certain countries, goods are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. International Clients can contact us for more information on how to proceed.

What is the function "Notify me”?

We offer our clients the opportunity to create an email notification for items that are currently in production or that are no longer available and are coming back in stock.

Once you have confirmed that your preferred item is no longer in stock, please send an email through our contact us procedure to receive a message for future availability of the desired product. You will be placed on a priority waiting list and be among the first to receive a notification via email when the item becomes available again. This procedure does not grant you any booking rights with regard to any relevant product. Once you receive the notification email you will need to complete the standard online procedure in order to purchase your desired product while it is still available.

Can I have my item picked up at Reva Stryder Office Location?

Yes. Reva Stryder offers you the possibility to pick up the items you ordered online at our location. After placing orders, please send an email through our contact us procedure. We will send you an email just as soon as the package is available at the Reva Stryder store for pick up.


To pick up the order, please bring with you:

  1. Valid ID
  2. A copy of the order confirmation email
  • If someone is collecting the parcel on your behalf, please ensure they have:
  1. A copy of your ID
  2. Valid ID of the person collecting
  3. A printed copy of the order confirmation email

If the package is not picked up within 5 working days of confirmed booking, it will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund within another five working days.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders within Nigeria are delivered by Courier Plus or a similar company. All orders outside Nigeria are delivered by UPS. In order to meet customers’ needs and expectations we only use express delivery. All shipping costs will be displayed in the order confirmation.

All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and Nigerian bank holidays. Within Nigeria, delivery time is currently between 1-3 business days (depending on location) from the moment the order confirmation mail has been received alongside tracking order number. Customers are able to track their order once shipment is in progress.

Please note that all orders are subject to verifications, in particular the billing and shipping addresses and the means of payment. If required, we may request additional identification information. Such verifications can extend the delivery time by an additional business days from those quoted in the order confirmation.

The delivery may also be delayed depending on order verification and availability of the products. is not responsible for any unexpected delays occurring during the shipment by a courier company.

How can I track my order?

Occasionally, Reva Stryder will send you emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase.

You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail received or in your profile page (for registered customers).

While placing an order, non-account holders are presented with an opportunity to either purchase as a guest or open an account with details provided. Account opened will have an auto generated password with which you can use an alternative means of accessing your tracking information, which is originally found in the confirmation email.

All orders are processed for delivery Monday through Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Nigerian bank holidays. For local deliveries, the courier will make two (2) delivery attempts, contacting the consignee. If no one is available to sign for the package and if after these days there is no direct communication, the package will be returned to the Company.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, all Reva Stryder online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. Local orders are delivered by Courier Plus or a similar company.

The courier company will make a total of two delivery attempts on two consecutive business days. After 2 days without direct communication, the package will be returned to our location if you are still unavailable to sign for your ordered package. Please note that Reva Stryder is not responsible for unanticipated courier delays.

What payment methods does accept?
